A question about society!?

  • why when someone famous gets killed its called assasination but when someone of the everyday life gets killed its just called murder?
why should they get a big fancy word when we are the ones paying for everything they have? why should they get a big fancy word just because the make 3 or 4 times the amount we do?

    ITS NOT FAIIRRRR!!

  • An assassination is when someone murders a public official for political reasons. It doesn't necessarily have to be someone famous. Government officials just usually happen to be famous.

So if I went out and killed Britney Spears (or some other celebrity), that would be a murder, not an assassination.

  • Did you get that from the Lil Wayne song? lol
It's really not fair, but that's life, just like when a celebrity dies its on TV for months, (remember Anna Nicole Smith?) whereas a regular everyday person, if it even makes national news, will only make headlines for about a day, then everyone moves on. Just the way life is.
