Please help with "Tag: "value is null or not an object"

  • Any Body -- Please help!

    I receive this message "value is null or not an object""value is null or not an object" when I click on a link on my site,

    Can somebody please explain to me what is "value" and what is "null"?

    Now you know, I am new to this :-)

  • The error message seems to be associated with the underlying code of your Website. It is probably written in PHP or ASP, which takes care of the shopping cart, tracking orders, etc. Evidently there was a problem (perhaps with the database), so the code reported the error you just told us about.

    While disconcerting, hopefully the problem has been remedied, as I could not duplicate the error.

    On a side note, I just noticed that the other person that responded to this thread is also named Corey. ;o)

    Without knowing what I did ,,, "I think " i managed to fix the page. I can receive orders again. :-)
